Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted in the form of exchanges and store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The exchange policy coverage lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package has arrived, unfortunately you are not eligible for an exchange.
Some types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, including intimates (i.e. thongs & panties) and sale items.
To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required (such as your order confirmation email, order number, etc.)
If you wish to exchange something, please contact info@shophexgirl.com before shipping back your item(s) to assure exchange eligibility and to receive further instruction. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your return has been received as well as if your exchange has been approved based on inspection. If you are approved, the new product(s) will be sent out within 48 hours of confirmation.
Please do not send your exchange back without notification and then confirmation to do so.
There are certain situations where your exchange request may be rejected:
- Clothing with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Any item that is shipped out for return more than 30 days after delivery
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. They are final sale.
RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to obtain a viable tracking number from the delivery service used, as hex girl is not responsible for the parcel until it is confirmed to have been received.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. hex girl can not guarantee the receipt of your returned item via shipping.
REFUNDS
All products are non-refundable. They may either be exchanged for other items or be issued back at their purchase value in the form a store credit. If you do believe there may be an extenuating circumstance in which you may be eligible for a refund, please contact info@shophexgirl.com. Please note, lost packages are unfortunately usually not an extenuating circumstance which are eligible for refunds. Please see the shop shipping policy for more information on this topic.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable. A processing fee gets deducted from every transaction, so I ask for you to please be mindful of auto-fill payment methods like Apple Wallet and Shop Pay that could cause you to arrive at the payment confirmation step quicker than you may realize. If you somehow place an accidental order or want to cancel your order before the shipping label has been created, please email info@shophexgirl.com to proceed. Please note there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total to cover the credit card processing fee.
