Shipping policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing on all ready-to-ship items. Embroidered and other handmade items may require an additional processing time of up to a week.

Standard US shipping is approximately 3-5 business days and express shipping is between 2-3 business days. This time estimate is subject to change based on USPS delays, holiday seasons, etc. International shipping times vary based on shipping option selected. Due to COVID-19, all major carriers are experiencing delays in international shipping times.

PLEASE NOTE: If you input an incorrect address when placing your order, please be sure to email info@shophexgirl.com immediately. Once an order has been accepted by USPS or UPS, the address unfortunately cannot be changed.  

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable. A processing fee gets deducted from every transaction, so I ask for you to please be mindful of auto-fill payment methods like Apple Wallet and Shop Pay that could cause you to arrive at the payment confirmation step quicker than you may realize. If you somehow place an accidental order or want to cancel your order before the shipping label has been created, please email info@shophexgirl.com to proceed. Please note there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total to cover the credit card processing fee.
